Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid film critic who reviews Z-graded films that are mostly of the martial arts or horror genres. Her style and method is similar to The Cinema Snob. However, she tends towards stupid action films with a morbid fascination. She began reviewing movies at the end of 2009 when she became famous on their forums. (Under her old username Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to be part of on the Channel Awesome team. In early 2015, she stayed on the site as Obscurus Lupa Presents evolved to Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts via her channel both covering the Charmed franchise, and they both co-host together with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
